Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health Admission - $60+ per visit

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health Admission role in the Fayville, Massachusetts area. The position involves visiting patients on a full‑time schedule as part of the admissions (Start of Care) team. Responsibilities Complete OASIS Starts of Care (SOC) assessments for adult and geriatric patients. Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations related to client care management using a touch‑pad tablet. Coordinate care and maintain accurate records in accordance with Medicare Certification requirements. Qualifications Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license. Graduation from an accredited nursing program. At least one year of Medicare Certified Home Health experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
