Objective
Provide troubleshooting and repairs on various types of Security systems. Experience with Lenel, Milestone, Honeywell, DSC, and Axis is a plus.
Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
- Respond, Diagnose, and resolve service/security issues.
- Demonstrate competency in the maintenance and repair of fire alarm, security, access control, and CCTV systems.
- Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure, maintain awareness of, and seek to meet the needs and wants of the customer without being prompted.
- Solid technical skills and experience related to security systems.
- Solid programming skills and proven to troubleshoot problems and look for solutions.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Works with a variety of hand and power tools.
- Proficient computer skills including familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Great communication skills with supervisors, office personnel, and clients
- Familiar with various manufacturers (Lenel, Honeywell, Bosch, Galaxy, etc...)
- Locate and evaluate the client's issues & complete repair
Job Type: Full-time

- 2-year minimum in low voltage or security industry
- Valid Drivers license with an outstanding driving record
- Ability to pass a background and drug screening
