Job Description Tire Technician Job Description Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tire Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality tire services to our customers, ensuring their vehicles are safe and performing optimally. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive Tire and Oil change services, along with excellent customer service skills. we are a mobile service. so you will be driving our service van equipped with all necessary tools to deliver our services at our customer's location. Duties driving our fully equipped service van to our customer location based on pre-scheduled appointments. Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs efficiently and accurately. Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and damage. Utilize hand tools and equipment safely to complete tire-related services. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding tire maintenance and automotive diagnostics. Conduct oil changes and other basic automotive repair tasks as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Skills Knowledge of, and adherence to, safety and environmental standards for repair facilities Experience as a tire service technician in the automotive industry Experience using shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines and scan tools Strong knowledge of tire service procedures and safety protocols. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. High School Diploma or equivalent - technical degree a definite plus Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in automotive repair. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar setting.
