Safety Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Safety Manager to lead Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives across a multi-state region. Responsibilities Include Developing and implementing safety programs, policies, and standards to foster a proactive safety culture focused on prevention and risk reduction. Conducting facility and field audits, investigations, and ensuring regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other agencies. Leading incident investigations, analyzing safety metrics, and preparing reports for leadership and regulatory bodies. Designing and delivering safety training, coaching teams, and facilitating safety meetings. Partnering with operations to identify improvement opportunities and standardize safety practices. Qualifications High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred. 5+ years in safety leadership within manufacturing, construction, or related industries. Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT regulations, and audit and investigation experience. Certifications such as CSP, ASP, or CHST are preferred. Exceptional communication, training, project management, and influencing skills. Key Traits Strategic thinker, proactive problem-solver, and collaborative team player.
