About the Role
ShareSTAFF is hiring a Service Technician for a contract assignment at one of our client partners in Lodi, CA. Position Summary: We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Service Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role that involves installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of automotive service equipment. No two days are the same! We will train the right candidate — experience in construction, mechanical work, or automotive equipment installation is a plus.
What You'll Do
- Install vehicle lifts, tire changers, wheel balancers, and air/oil lubrication systems
- Service and repair automotive shop equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Travel to customer sites (primarily Northern California)
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism Follow safety procedures and uphold company standards
What You Bring - Required
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand/power tools
- Willingness to attend company-provided training and certification programs
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience as a lift installer or lubrication system technician a plus
