Agave is hiring a part-time recruiter and people ops lead to own company-wide hiring and people operations goals. You will help scale a top 1% team and grow in responsibility alongside the CEO and early ops hires. Responsibilities include end-to-end recruiting, onboarding, immigration coordination for international staff, and office operations, in a fast-paced, founder-friendly environment.
