This key position is responsible for managing all front-office administrative duties, ensuring seamless patient flow, maximizing communication, and maintaining an exceptional level of customer service. Led by Dr. John Tripp, 7 O'Clock Dental provides comprehensive, state-of-the-art dentistry, founded on the strong belief that dental health is a crucial part of overall well-being. We are committed to utilizing cutting-edge technology, including digital X-rays, a CBCT scanner, and intraoral cameras, to ensure care is faster, easier, and better than ever before. Pay $12~$16 per hour Salary Details - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Employment Type Full-time Requirements Proven experience in customer service (retail, hospitality, or office setting). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated reliability: ability to be present and on time for all scheduled shifts. Pleasant and peaceful personality conducive to a positive office environment. Strong willingness to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with staff. Eagerness and willingness to learn new software, systems, and procedures. Job Description Maintain a consistently high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. Manage high-volume incoming phone calls and correspondence efficiently. Schedule patient appointments strategically in alignment with monthly and daily patient goals. Greet and check patients in and out of the office in a friendly and professional manner (intake and discharge). Conduct appointment confirmations in a timely manner. Process and verify Medicaid and private insurance benefits accurately. Handle all financial transactions, including collecting patient payments, co-payments, and deductibles. Manage and maintain the recall appointment system to ensure patients return for necessary follow-up care. Collaborate effectively with the clinical team, emphasizing open and consistent communication.
