Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

Role Description The Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist will deliver in-person speech and language services to children and adolescents in St Augustine, FL. This part-time, on-site role includes evaluating communication and swallowing needs, developing treatment plans, and providing individual and small-group therapy in the clinic and partner locations. The pathologist will collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and other therapists to set goals, monitor progress, and adjust interventions. Routine responsibilities include documenting sessions, maintaining accurate clinical records, and preparing reports to support school and clinical teams. The role may also involve participating in team meetings, providing education for families, and contributing to a positive, inclusive therapeutic environment. Qualifications Clinical skills in pediatric Speech Therapy and assessment of Speech sound production Experience managing Dysphagia and pediatric feeding or swallowing concerns Ability to evaluate and treat Communication Disorders in children and adolescents Knowledge of Language Disorders and evidence-based language intervention strategies Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Florida Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or strong supervision-ready clinical fellowship candidate Experience working with pediatric populations in clinic, school, or behavioral settings Strong documentation, time management, and interpersonal communication skills Commitment to inclusive, family-centered care and collaborative teamwork #J-18808-Ljbffr Lively Therapy
