The Audit Senior Manager will lead audit engagements across a variety of commercial industries, oversee the development of audit staff, and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to the continued success and growth of the Richmond practice. Manage and oversee audit engagements for commercial and real estate clients. Lead, mentor, and develop A&A associates through coaching and performance management. Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service. Demonstrate strong project management, analytical, and communication skills. Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities for client expansion. Collaborate with firm leadership to advance practice goals and quality standards. Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's preferred. Active CPA license required. 7+ years of public accounting experience. Commercial and/or real estate audit experience preferred. Proven leadership and staff development skills. Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities with a sense of urgency.
