Accounts Payable Specialist Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $18.00 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
  • $15-$18/hour DOE
  • Process and verify vendor invoices, payments, and credits.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accounting records and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with daily receipts and other accounting activities.
  • Support and cross-train in other administrative functions

Accounts Payable Specialist Qualifications:

  • Prior accounting experience or education is required
  • Strong computer and spreadsheet skills.
  • Accurate typing, 10-key, and data entry abilities.
  • Good basic math and accounting aptitude.
