This individual will focus on our SIA Top 20 accounts, help shape account and sales strategy, and act as a force multiplier for sales by bringing clarity, structure, and conviction to complex enterprise conversations./ppKey Focuses:/pulliCraft and deliver a clear, compelling narrative that supports the business strategy./liliPivot effectively when conversations or customer narratives go off course, redirecting toward outcomes that support long-term business goals./liliPrepare and present data-driven narratives that communicate performance outcomes and business impact to internal and external stakeholders./liliSurface and articulate business, product, and strategy gaps openly and constructively, reinforcing a team-based selling motion./li/ulpCustomer Market Leadership:/pulliServe as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders, maintaining a professional presence while navigating complex enterprise dynamics./liliProvide subject-matter expertise for client presentations, demos, and training sessions./liliSpeak with authority to audiences ranging from frontline recruiters to C-suite executives, tailoring messaging without losing strategic coherence./liliNavigate high-negotiation buyer environments with confidence, proactively identifying leverage points and selling angles in every interaction./li/ulpInternal Partnership Influence:/pulliAct as a trusted advisor to leadership, handling sensitive information with discretion and understanding what should and should not be shared broadly./liliPartner closely with Sales and Customer Success teams, straddling both motions when needed to support account health and expansion./liliSupport new business proposals and renewal strategies by contributing product insights and performance recommendations./liliPush reps to operate with intentionforcing clarity around account plans, deal strategy, and next steps rather than allowing reactive execution./liliParticipate in weekly 1:1s focused on account strategy, rep strategy, and broader business strategy./li/ulpOwnership Decision-Making:/pulliBring a strong Staffing Industry point of view, articulate it clearly, and advocate for it while remaining open to alternative decisions in service of whats best for the business./liliDemonstrate resilience and thick skin in a highly negotiated sales environment, staying focused on outcomes rather than individual wins or losses./liliBuild tools, frameworks, or assets independently when gaps exist to support better selling and customer engagement./li/ulpCompetencies:/pulliExperience operating in enterprise or strategic account environments/liliComfortable balancing advisory influence with commercial accountability/liliStrong executive presence and communication skills/liliHigh tolerance for ambiguity and change/liliNaturally collaborative with a bias toward ownership and accountability/li/ulpTravel Requirements:/ppAbility to travel weekly, or about 50%, nationally/ppMinimum Requirements:/pulli5+ years experience in a client-facing role with top SIA 100 accounts/liliProven track record of a consultative approach to selling/liliHighly analytical and the ability to storytell using data/liliExcellent communicator with strong skills to effectively listen, write, speak, educate, and persuade at all levels/liliExpert problem solving backed by innate curiosity/liliAdept at presenting strategy, communicating technical concepts to non-technical team members, and writing concise documentation/liliData-driven mindset to drive impactful client narratives and selling motions/liliProven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment/liliStrategic thinker with strong project management skills/li/ulpPreferred Experience:/pulliExperience in Job-advertising or Digital-advertising industries highly favored/liliDetail-oriented, organized, and strong time-management skills/liliAbility to learn quickly, adapt to feedback, and work in a rapidly changing environment/liliEasily builds rapport and establishes relationships with customers and colleagues/liliListens patiently, probing for and clarifying to get necessary details/liliExcellent problem-solving skills working in ambiguity and limited direction/li/ulpOther duties:/ppPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
