Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care nursing to ICU and post-operative surgical patients.
• Manage advanced medical equipment such as balloon pumps and ECMO.
• Perform procedures including care for trauma patients and post-CABG.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Manage patient care ratios of 1:1 for high-acuity cases.
• Document patient information accurately using Meditech EMR system.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1-year acute care hospital ICU experience required.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Scale.
• Preferred: TNCC certification and experience in large trauma facilities.
• Ability to manage high-stress situations with a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
