Key Responsibilities

• Monitor finished goods and packaging inventory to support manufacturing, distribution, and customer demand
• Coordinate inventory across the supply chain network to balance service levels and inventory health
• Track KPIs, investigate variances, and perform root cause analysis to improve service outcomes
• Communicate inventory timing and constraints with cross-functional partners
• Facilitate weekly service meetings to align actions and resolve near-term issues
• Partner on promotional planning, item transitions, and inventory allocation
• Support planning projects such as item launches/discontinuations, aging inventory, and disruption analysis
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance service, reduce costs, and minimize write-offs

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, operations, inventory, or customer service (food manufacturing a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into action
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing alignment
• Experience or interest in data analytics and reporting tools preferred

The pay range for this position is $70,386 - $98,541 per year.
