Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Strategy Coordinator to join our growing team in Milwaukee. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys developing strategic initiatives that support brand growth, market expansion, and client engagement.

The Marketing Strategy Coordinator will work closely with internal teams to assist in campaign planning, market analysis, brand positioning, and the execution of innovative marketing strategies designed to drive business success.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and coordination of marketing strategies and campaigns
Conduct market research to identify trends, audience behavior, and business opportunities
Support branding initiatives and promotional planning
Coordinate project timelines and ensure marketing objectives are met efficiently
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent brand messaging
Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for internal projects
Monitor campaign performance and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
Maintain organized documentation and marketing materials
