We are hiring a talented, eager to learn, and self-starting licensed, experienced Cosmetologists or Aestheticians.

JOB DUTIES

You will be considered successful in this position if you:

• Demonstrate proficiency in all soft touch services on Lash and Company service menu.
• Complete effective client consultations, and listen to clients needs and wants.
• Utilize before and after pictures to ensure client satisfaction and document treatments on approved Lash and Company Electronic Devices.
• Ensure client paperwork including intake forms + treatment records are filled out completely and accurately.
• Ensure client records are store securely including digital files such as before and after photos taken on Lash and Company electronic devices.
• Act with a professional and courteous bedside manner.
• Follow up with clients 24-48 hours after service.
• Solicit referrals and reviews from clients regularly.
• Stay up-to-date on industry innovation, treatments, protocols, and products.
• Attend continuing education after the initial training: in-spa workshops, classes, promotional, or any other required on the job trainings / meetings.
• Demonstrate a willingness to integrate Lash and Company protocols, standards and best practices.
• Teach and train Lash and Company service protocols.
• Prescribe appropriate skin care regimens and sell recommended products to each client based on their unique needs. (Our providers are knowledgeable and well trained on the use of Revision Skincare)
• Demonstrate proficiency in front desk duties including greeting clients (in person or on phone) and ringing all client transitions accurately. Assist client service partners when asked.
• Maintain a clean and organized work space before, during, and after performing services.
• Help to maintain overall spa cleanliness.
• Utilize company tools / checklists to ensure work space meets Lash and Company cleanliness standards.
• Follow dress code and all employee hand book guidelines.
• Communicate well with clients, peers, and management.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including one closing shift, one opening shift, and one weekend day.
