- Strong experience with modern C++ in performance-sensitive environments
- Solid systems fundamentals, including Linux, networking, CPU, and memory
- Experience with low-latency or distributed systems is a plus
- Strong ownership and problem-solving ability
- Design and optimize low-latency infrastructure for market data and order execution
- Build fault-tolerant, real-time systems that operate at scale
- Profile and improve performance across latency-critical code paths
- Collaborate with traders and researchers on production systems
