Sr Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst Talent Acquisition Technology & Operations

Co-own and manage the Talent Acquisition technology portfolio.

Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Validate system enhancements, application builds, and platform updates.

Support implementation and rollout of new Eightfold features and capabilities.

Develop and maintain reporting solutions across Workday Recruiting and Eightfold.

Provide application guidance and business process recommendations.

Manage multiple concurrent build, enhancement, and maintenance initiatives.

Evaluate solutions through model testing and scenario validation activities.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technology solutions align with business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on Workday Recruiting experience.

5+ years of Talent Acquisition Operations experience.

Experience supporting recruiting processes, workflows, and technology platforms.

Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technology solutions.

Ability to bridge business and technical teams.

Experience developing and executing UAT and model testing scenarios.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform.

Ability to support platform configuration, maintenance, and ongoing enhancements.

Recruiting-first career path with progression into Talent Acquisition Operations.

Deep hands-on Eightfold configuration and build experience.

Experience with QA-style testing, validation frameworks, and repeatable testing methodologies.

Strong business judgment with the ability to challenge assumptions and provide recommendations.

Experience working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
