Sr. Business Analyst
8+ years of experience as a Sr. Business Analyst with a functional BA focus on Salesforce. Experience with Visio, Lucid, or other documentation tools. Great communication both written and verbal.
This large municipality is looking for an experienced Sr. Business Analyst who can help with some change management, process improvement, and look at current procedures, etc. Specifically, this client would like this BA to look at their current Salesforce system across multiple departments to document processes and roadmap changing systems. The requirements have been captured but this BA will need to be able to comb through them and question things to make sure it will be as efficient as possible. Strong ability to communicate and persistence will be helpful to be successful in this role. They will be working closely with each department, the vendor, and the Project Manager overseeing this. This will be 3 days onsite and 2 days remote Monday through Friday 8-5.
