Our client is seeking experienced and dedicated Property Maintenance Specialists for their multiple openings in the Buffalo area!

- Long term temporary openings;
- Pay rate is up to $26/hr. (depending on experience);
- 8am - 5pm schedule, no weekends, no on-call!
- And you have ADDITIONAL EARNING ABILITY with this employer! When you have successfully completed 90-days of training, you will be eligible to join the ON-CALL Team! Every five (5) weeks those on the team will be on call Monday through Sunday. A new team will be selected every five (5) weeks. Learn more if selected to interview with this growing property management group.
The successful candidates must have:
- Previous facility or property maintenance experience;
- A Valid Driver License and reliable transportation to commute between properties along with basic tools.
Position Summary: The Maintenance Specialists are instrumental in the renovation process of multiple properties along with routine maintenance and upkeep.
We are seeking candidates who have experience in the following areas:
- Plastering/Dry walling
- Carpentry
- Painting
- Electrical work
- HVAC
- Light Plumbing
- Replacing toilets and door locks
- Performing routine maintenance
- Trouble shooting furnace issues a +++
