Key Responsibilities
- Analyze legal and factual issues and develop well-reasoned litigation strategies.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and written discovery.
- Manage depositions of fact and expert witnesses.
- Communicate consistently and professionally with clients, staff, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Prepare and present evidence during administrative hearings, mediations, and depositions.
- Efficiently manage and resolve assigned cases with strong attention to detail and organization.
- J.D. and active admission to the Pennsylvania Bar .
- 0-3 years of Workers' Compensation experience.
- Strong writing, research, and file-management skills.
- Excellent work ethic and attention to detail.
