You’ll have the chance to impact children across a variety of environments—schools, home health, and teletherapy—while collaborating with a supportive multidisciplinary team. Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in California
• Demonstrated success working in school settings, home health, or healthcare facilities
• Teletherapy experience with K-12 students is highly valued
• Ability to develop and implement tailored treatment plans
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Adaptability in handling changing caseloads and working environments
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and virtual occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs
• Assess, develop, and track individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic tools and digital resources for effective interventions
• Support students across school-based, home health, and teletherapy platforms
