Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Compliance in New Castle, DE , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and support daily operations through teamwork, reliability, and integrity. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon12:00 AM - 08:00 AMTue12:00 AM - 08:00 AMFri12:00 AM - 08:00 AMSun12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing and industrial areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions. Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements. Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately, and report security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
