What You'll Do

• Deliver expert patient-centered neonatal care in a Level III NICU
• Manage complex neonatal cases, including ELBW infants
• Utilize advanced neonatal technologies such as ECMO, high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, and whole-body cooling
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists
• Participate in neonatal resuscitation and transport teams
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and best practices

What You Need

• Nevada Nurse Practitioner license
• BLS certification (required)
• Prior experience in neonatal or critical care preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
