Position Overview: MLR is seeking a skilled Med-Surg/Telemetry RN to become part of our vibrant healthcare team in Central California near the beautiful Lake Isabella. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver top-notch care in a collaborative and supportive setting, working with patients in a medical-surgical and telemetry unit.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver patient-centered care in the med-surg and telemetry units.
Monitor vital signs and telemetry for changes, ensuring timely interventions.
Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic tests as prescribed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans.
Assess patient conditions, document changes, and update care plans.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care processes.
Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.

Qualifications:

Licensure: Active California RN license.
Certification: BLS required, ACLS preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Acute/Med-Surg care is preferred.
