Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.Please note: This position will require candidate to work full time on-site at the Red River Army Depot in New Boston, TXBasic Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline• A broad base of knowledge regarding electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical production• A broad base of knowledge of setting up new production line / facility • Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization including to non-technical personnel.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Demonstrated skills in team building and leading through influence• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt CertificationDesired Skills• Related professional level career experience in production operations• Strong ERP systems knowledge• Experience in Vehicle related development and/or production programs • Experience in program execution with emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and leadership in a hybrid enviornment • Experience in capacity & capital planning• Understanding and wide application of assembly and Test methods• First Unit Flow planning & execution• Data driven mindset skilled in leveraging KPIs and other forms of information to develop trends and forecasts • Stong understanding of quality standards and risk mitigation strategies in the operational context • Commited to coaching, mentoring and developing teams• Experience in the design of manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, machining and material handling.• CAM Certification or cost analysis experiencePay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
