About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Technology Portfolio Management and Program Office to play a pivotal role in the strategic and hands-on leadership of its technology portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the operating rhythm, portfolio discipline, and delivery transparency that are essential for turning business and client impact strategies into reality. This role demands a leader with significant experience in technology portfolio management, technical program management, product operations, or engineering operations, and a proven track record in dynamic, product-led environments. The Head of Technology Portfolio Management will be tasked with connecting various technical and business teams to ensure a clear and durable path from investment decisions to reliable outcomes, while also fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement.
