Position Summary We are looking for a dependable HVAC Installer Helper to assist our installation crews with residential and commercial HVAC projects throughout Boise, ID. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined and interested in learning the HVAC trade. Responsibilities Assist installers with HVAC system installations and equipment replacement. Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials. Assist with ductwork, equipment placement, piping, wiring, and other installation tasks. Use basic hand and power tools safely. Follow directions, plans, and safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with transporting materials and equipment to local job sites. Learn HVAC installation techniques and industry best practices. Perform other duties as assigned by the lead installer or supervisor. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Valid driver's license required. Reliable transportation to and from work. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work well with a team and follow instructions. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. HVAC or construction experience is preferred but not required. Ability to safely lift and move tools, equipment, and materials.
