This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated litigator on an expedited track to partnership within approximately one year. The ideal candidate will bring strong civil defense experience and a proven ability to manage complex cases independently. Responsibilities:Lead all aspects of civil defense litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparationOversee associates and provide mentorship and guidance on case management and litigation techniquesServe as primary point of contact for clients, insurers, and co-counselParticipate in business development and firm growth initiativesQualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolActive member of the Florida Bar in good standingCivil litigation experience, ideally in insurance defense, general liability, medical malpractice, construction defectStrong leadership skills with demonstrated success handling cases independentlyExcellent communication, analytical, and trial preparation skillsJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
