The Opportunity:
With all of the information available today, it takes a skilled all-source analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our government and military every day, we need an intelligence analyst like you to do just that. As an Energy all-source analyst, you use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign energy infrastructures, systems, resources, facilities, installations, networks, and equipment.
As an Energy All-Source Analyst on our team, you'll help your client by providing intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements. Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you'll produce strategic-level assessments and products that addresses foreign electric power generation, transmission, and distribution systems as well as their related infrastructures and networks. As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for comprehensive production, often under pressure.

You Have:
- 3+ years of experience producing all-source intelligence analysis reports and briefings and input to IC databases
- Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
- Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
- 3+ years of experience with energy infrastructures, systems, resources, facilities, installations, networks, and equipment such as electric power, oil, and gas production, generation, transmission, and distribution systems along with oil and gas reserves
- Experience with network development tools and methods
- Knowledge of electric power plants and associated equipment
- Knowledge of ICD 203 and 206 analytic tradecraft standards

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.

- Remote: If this position is listed as remote, there may still be occasions when you are required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
- Hybrid: If this position is listed as hybrid, you will be expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, in alignment with leadership expectations and the needs of the role. You may also be required to work from or visit a customer facility.
- Onsite: If this position is listed as onsite, work will primarily be performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, where employees will collaborate directly with colleagues and customers as required by the role.
