Position Details
Pay: $26.00 per hour
Shift: Swing Shift (Tentative Schedule: 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM)

What You'll Do
As a CNC Machinist Operator, you'll play a critical role in producing precision-machined components while maintaining the highest quality standards. We are looking for a skilled professional with experience operating CNC mills and lathes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities: ✅ Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC mills, lathes, and machining centers
✅ Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD files
✅ Make machine offsets and parameter adjustments as needed
✅ Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools
✅ Verify parts meet specifications and GD&T requirements
✅ Perform routine machine maintenance and monitor machine performance
✅ Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
✅ Follow all safety and manufacturing procedures
What We're Looking For
✔ Previous CNC Mill and/or CNC Lathe operating experience
✔ Experience with Fanuc controls preferred
✔ Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
✔ Ability to use precision measuring instruments confidently
✔ Experience making machine adjustments and offsets
✔ Working knowledge of CAM programming and CAD software such as SolidWorks is a plus
✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
