Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts (19:30–08:00) or 4x10-hour shifts (21:30–08:00) | 7 on / 7 off schedule | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging across multiple care settings including Emergency Department, inpatient, outpatient, and clinic environments
• Float between ED, main campus, outpatient, and nearby clinic locations as directed by unit management
• Operate GE imaging equipment and document patient encounters using Epic EMR
• Adhere to all facility protocols, including holiday coverage when a scheduled workday falls on a holiday
• Participate in emergency response team duties as assigned by unit manager during declared emergency events, with pay details communicated per event

Required Qualifications

• ARRT (CT) certification required
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• Compact or Louisiana state license in hand at time of submittal
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CT specialty required
• ED, inpatient, and outpatient CT experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• GE equipment experience required
• Must reside more than 65 miles from the facility (as measured from the address on driver's license to facility address) to be eligible
• Candidates who have previously worked as permanent staff or in-house agency contractors at this health system must have been separated for a minimum of 1 full year before being eligible to return as a traveler
• This facility does not accept first-time travelers

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating across diverse care settings including ED, inpatient, and outpatient environments
• Familiarity with high-volume, fast-paced acute care imaging departments
• Strong adaptability and ability to work within structured compliance and credentialing timelines
