We are currently hiring for three immediate openings and establishing an eligibility pool that may be used to fill future vacancies for up to one year.

Job Definition: Under the direction of the Manager, Substation Construction & Operations or Wireman Foreman works on the construction and maintenance of station and substation equipment.

Distinguishing Characteristics: The Wireman classification is distinguished from the Apprentice Wireman classification by the increased technical knowledge and skill required to perform the work. The Wireman (Journeyman) has successfully completed a certified Wireman Apprentice program. Is required to purchase all personal hand tools under one-inch (1").

Minimum Qualifications: Education/Experience: Must qualify as a Wireman Journeyman by having completed three (3) years of training in Wireman work, or its equivalent. High School diploma or equivalent. License, Certification and/or Testing: Obtain a valid Washington State Commercial Driver License (Class A) with a good driving record within six (6) months from job start date. Obtain a valid First Aid certificate within 3 months from job start date. Obtain a valid CPR certificate within 3 months from job start date.
