With that in mind, we are in need of adding an experienced Safety Director to our team to lean & manage our safety program for construction project across CT & NY.

What You Will Be Doing

- Develop & maintain company wide safety policies
- Ensure compliance with OSHA
- Conduct jobsite safety inspections
- Lead safety meetings & employee training programs
- Maintain safety records, reports, & documentations

What You Need for this Position

- 3+ years of construction safety experience
- Strong OSHA knowledge
- Experience conducting safety inspections
