Trauma Care Registered Nurse

Role: Staff RN in a Trauma Intermediate Care unit on night shift, providing specialized nursing care in a high-acuity environment. Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care to trauma and post-surgical patients, including assessment, complex monitoring, IV therapies, and coordination of multidisciplinary care. Educate patients and families, support safe care transitions, and participate in quality and safety initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Skilled in critical care nursing with the ability to manage complex patient needs. Strong communication, assessment, and patient education skills are essential. Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a collaborative, supportive environment.
