The Tox is the pioneer of lymphatic body sculpting - a results-driven wellness experience that helps clients feel lighter, more confident, and cared for from the moment they walk in. Since 2019, we've grown from a single studio into a fast-scaling franchise brand with 150+ locations signed and 50+ open nationwide. Now we're bringing The Tox to Boston, and we're looking for a Studio Manager to lead it. About the Role As Studio Manager, you own the day-to-day success of the studio. You're equal parts operator, coach, and host - making sure every client leaves feeling incredible, every team member is set up to win, and every number hits. You'll lead from the floor: hiring and developing your team, driving membership and retail sales, and creating an atmosphere that keeps clients coming back. What You'll Do Own studio performance: revenue, membership growth, retention, and profitability targets Recruit, train, schedule, and develop a team of technicians and front-desk staff Deliver an exceptional in-studio client experience and resolve issues with care and urgency Drive sales of packages, and retail through consultative, non-pushy selling Manage daily operations: scheduling, inventory, cleanliness, and adherence to The Tox standards and protocols Build local community presence through partnerships, events, and grassroots marketing Track and report on KPIs, and use data to coach the team and improve results Ensure the studio always reflects the brand - polished, warm, and on-standard What We're Looking For 2+ years of management experience in boutique fitness, wellness, spa, hospitality, or retail A proven track record of hitting sales and/or membership goals Natural leader who can hire, motivate, and retain a high-performing team Warm, client-first personality with strong communication skills Mindbody online experience is key Highly organized and comfortable owning a P&L and daily operations Passion for wellness and belief in what The Tox does for clients Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as the business requires Bonus: experience opening a new location or working within a franchise system Why Join The Tox Ground-floor role in a high-growth, buzzworthy wellness brand entering Boston Competitive base plus a performance bonus that rewards results Clear growth path as we scale across the region Complimentary and discounted treatments A supportive, ambitious culture that cares as much about people as performance #J-18808-Ljbffr
