Pine Street Inn is seeking a Director of Benefits, Wellness and HRIS to oversee employee benefits, wellness initiatives, and HRIS systems. You will manage the Benefits department, ensure compliant, high-quality programs, and collaborate with finance to optimize ROI across payroll and applicant tracking. This role requires strong leadership and strategic program development.
