Benefits Coordinator — HRIS & Benefits Admin Excellence

City of Somerville is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to manage day-to-day benefits administration for active, retired, and school employees. You will maintain health, dental, vision, FSA, LTD and life records, enroll new hires, process changes, and respond to benefits inquiries with precision and confidentiality. You will coordinate with payroll and benefits vendors, track changes, approve enrollments, review invoices, and ensure timely communications and documentation across HRIS systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr cityofsomerville
