In this role, you will leverage your expertise in **Adobe Workfront Fusion** to design, develop, and implement analytics solutions that drive customer insights and enhance marketing strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our practice and help shape the future of marketing analytics. **Your Key Responsibilities** As an Experience Senior, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of **Adobe CJA** solutions, ensuring that client objectives are met and exceeded. You will: + Design and develop analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to provide insights into customer behavior and marketing performance. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives. + Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity across various marketing channels. + Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization in marketing strategies. + Create and maintain dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. + Provide thought leadership on best practices in data analytics and customer journey mapping. + Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. **Skills and Attributes for Success** To thrive in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of customer journey analytics, and the ability to communicate insights effectively. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $102,500 to $187,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $122,900 to $213,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
