Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Respond immediately and respectfully to guests' needs.
• Assist in training new hires and set a positive tone for each shift.
• Act as a friendly and encouraging team player.
• Lead shifts, open/close the restaurant, and manage cash drawers.
• Communicate effectively with both guests and team members.

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience as a shift lead or similar role is preferred but not required.
