Seeking an experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) Litigation Paralegal to support employment litigation matters through all phases of litigation. Must have experience with State and Federal Court filings, discovery, and managing a high-volume caseload. Employment law experience is a plus. Responsibilities
- Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including mediation and settlement.
- Prepare, file, and e-file documents in California State and Federal Courts.
- Draft, propound, and respond to discovery.
- Maintain case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars.
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case management.
- Litigation Paralegal experience required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Experience with State and Federal Court filings and e-filings.
- Strong knowledge of discovery procedures.
- Ability to manage a caseload of 30+ active matters.
- Employment law experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
