Litigation Paralegal (remote flex)

Overview Matura Farrington is working with a highly regarded California law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support complex municipal, special district, and civil litigation matters from inception through trial and post-judgment proceedings.
Responsibilities Support complex municipal, special district, and civil litigation matters from inception through trial and post-judgment proceedings.
Manage case files, discovery, eDiscovery, law and motion, trial preparation, administrative records, appendices, and litigation support technology.
Qualifications Strong civil litigation experience, excellent writing and research skills, advanced discovery knowledge, trial prep experience, and the ability to manage competing deadlines with accuracy and professionalism.
Must meet California paralegal requirements under BPC Sections 6450–6456.
Experience with platforms such as Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO, Logikcull, Reveal, or similar tools, with exposure to TAR, CAL, analytics, AI-assisted review workflows, generative AI tools, and document automation.
Work Model Primarily remote/flexible, with occasional in-office attendance as needed.
