Position Details Location: In person in Charleston, SC preferred (remote candidates - must be located in the state of South Carolina - will be considered if they have a strong skillset) Experience Required: Minimum of 1-3 years of South Carolina Civil Litigation experience; candidates with South Carolina Family Law experience will be given preference Compensation: Pay commensurate with experience, with performance-based bonus opportunities Benefits Health insurance stipend after 90 days of employment Generous paid time off Paid holidays Key Qualifications Proven experience in South Carolina Civil Litigation and familiarity with the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure. Highly self-motivated with the discipline to work effectively from home for remote applicants. Clio proficiency preferred. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote applicants.
