Phlebotomist III - Floater Location: Douglasville, GA 30134
Shift: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; Sat, 8:00 AM-1:00 PM Job Summary Responsible for safe and accurate blood collection, specimen processing, patient identification, documentation, and providing excellent patient service. May work across Patient Service Centers, physician offices, and other locations based on business needs. Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3+ years of phlebotomy experience required.
- Experience with pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
- 2+ years of Patient Service Center experience preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, and WA.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to travel between locations, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required when applicable.
- Medical Assistant or Paramedic training.
- Retail/service customer experience.
- Keyboarding/data-entry experience.
