The company's state-of-the-art equipment, high-efficiency operation, and rigorous quality systems ensure the superior quality product and packaging for our customers.POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Pack-Out Associate reports to the Pack-Out Supervisor.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain the workplace and pack-out area in a neat, clean and orderly conditionEnsure accurate quantities are packed and conduct final quality control checksCarefully and quickly packaging pouches according to customer ordersLabeling & stacking boxes for distribution, performing accurate inventory counts & moreConduct visual inspection of product to ensure good quality,Must have excellent dexterity to manually assemble small parts using hand tools, fixtures, and/or equipment, and sort product for defects as requireFollow company GMPs, Food Safety, and other applicable WPDNs SOPs.Attend monthly plant training.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:Count counting skills, using decimals and fractions with calculator.Must be able to work at a quick pace while maintaining a clean and safe work areaMust have good hand/eye coordinationMust have excellent dexterity to manually assemble small parts using hand tools, fixtures, and/or equipment and sort product for defects as requireMust be a self-directed "go-getter" who can teach others while also participating in the work load.Regularly required to stand and move about within the work areas.Ability to lift loads of 50 poundsAble to work occasional weekends, holidaysStrong attention to detailOur Benefits & Perks:You will be part of an engaged, inclusive, global community that values family, giving back, beauty, and sustainability.
