Seeking a full-time Legal Assistant and experienced Paralegal for a busy Estate Planning, Probate, Business Planning and Real Estate Firm with offices in Columbia Falls and Kalispell, Montana. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize work while attending to important details and deadlines, as well as work independently. Applicant must have excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills. ORGANIZATION IS A MUST! To qualify, applicants must have at least 2 years of experience in the legal field as a legal assistant and/or Paralegal.

Position Duties Include:

· Draft, review, and revise estate planning documents;

· Real property research and Deed preparation;

· Draft, review, and revise court pleadings;

· Draft, review, and revise business planning documents;

· File pleadings with the court E-filing website;

· Work in cooperation with office members to resolve issues and problems that arise;

· Communicate with clients, experts, court personnel, and other offices; and

· Other professional and administrative tasks as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Starting at $52,000 salary, DOE

Schedule:

• 8-hour daily shift
• 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Monday through Friday

Education:

• Associate’s Degree + (Preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 2 year (Required)
• Legal Assistant and/or Paralegal Experience: 2 year (Required)
