Our Byesville, OH, USA plant is an integral part of our Beverage division, dedicated to processing and packaging fruit-based juice mixes, syrups, extracts, and other liquid ingredients. What You'll Do

As a Production Operator in Aseptic Beverage Manufacturing, you'll join a fast‑paced, high‑tech production team where safety, quality, and teamwork matter. As a Production Operator, you'll run and monitor packaging and production equipment in a modern aseptic beverage facility—keeping lines moving efficiently while meeting Kerry's high standards. You'll set up equipment, monitor quality, troubleshoot minor issues, support changeovers, and keep your work area clean and organized. This is a hands‑on role for someone who likes working with machines, solving problems, and being part of a team that produces high‑quality products every day.

What You Need to Succeed

High School graduate or equivalent required, eighteen (18) years or older

• 1 year of Food or chemical manufacturing experience ideal.
• 6 months of prior electric pallet jack operation and safety certification preferred.
• Ability to maintain a good attendance record and availability for overtime.
• Must be self-motivated and conscientious.
• Ability to work well with a team or other coworkers.
• Attention to detail and ability to adjust or to take corrective actions.
• Ability to complete certification requirements
• Use of MS products, Excel and SAP software preferred.

What We Offer

The pay rate for this position is $19.34 per hour. Shift Hours 2:30PM-11:00PM, Monday - Friday, Overtime Available on Saturdays. We may use artificial intelligence tools to support the review and assessment of applications and assist with scheduling interviews. We do not use AI to make decisions during the interview process.
