As an Unarmed Security Professional at Extrity Services, you play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of clients and their premises. Guided by supervisors and management, you implement security protocols with professionalism and attention to detail, supporting our commitment to operational excellence. Responsibilities 

• Adhere to company dress code and maintain a professional appearance. 
• Arrive punctually for assigned shifts and demonstrate reliability. 
• Conduct yourself courteously and professionally with clients, visitors, and colleagues. 
• Enforce access control procedures and maintain accurate records. 
• Conduct regular patrols to detect and deter unauthorized activities. 
• Monitor and report on the functionality of security equipment. 
• Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents following established protocols. 
• Document incidents thoroughly and prepare detailed reports. 
• Assist with investigations by providing timely and accurate information. 
• Provide truthful and punctual data including incident and shift reports. 

Required Qualifications 

• Valid Tennessee Unarmed Security Guard Registration, or ability to obtain and maintain one. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven conflict resolution and de-escalation abilities. 
• Experience conducting patrols, surveillance, and managing security incidents. 
• Knowledge of security equipment usage and access control procedures. 
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and follow emergency protocols. 
• Excellent documentation and report-writing skills. 
• Attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality. 
• Minimum age of 18 years. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and emergency procedures.
