Church Ave Maryville, TN 37801 Brand Coordinator - Blackberry Be a part of the iconic Blackberry brand as a Brand Coordinator. We are looking for an engaged, creative, and conscientious marketing professional to join our small, yet dynamic marketing team at Blackberry. The Brand Coordinator will be a brand representative for Blackberry Farm, Blackberry Mountain, High Hampton and Blackberry Farm Design. This position will assist the Marketing team in day‑to‑day responsibilities including digital and print communication needs, guest communication, e‑commerce marketing support, brand strategy execution, reporting, and media requests and support. The Brand Coordinator will work closely with the Assistant Director to assist with projects related to brand development including coordination and management of brand sites, on‑site communications and branding, social media sites and general online presence through the planning and creation of email and social media campaigns, press releases, and web content as well as partnership program support. The ideal candidate is a creative communications coordinator with strong competency in organization and copywriting. Candidate should demonstrate intellectual curiosity in the digital space with an eye for design, have a working knowledge of graphic and web design, be a creative thinker who is quick on their feet and enjoys being up‑to‑date on world cultures as well as market, social and industry trends and be an enthusiastic team player with strong written and verbal communication. Essential Duties & Responsibilities General Marketing Responsibilities Work closely with Assistant Director to manage multiple projects from concept to completion related to brands and execution of strategy Support community and media relations strategies Support Special Event communications, materials, website and announcements Assist with onsite communications and branding Manage production needs and requests Report analytics and audience engagement including website, press and advertising Digital and Direct Marketing Responsibilities Coordinate content and campaign assets across all platforms and responsible for changes on websites, social channels, iPad(s), app(s), online reservation system Coordinate, manage and proofread all communications projects (including website, email marketing, paid and organic social media, and e‑commerce support) with a deep understanding of the Blackberry brand voice and strong attention to grammar, SEO, and channel guidelines. Co‑create and execute monthly brand plans including social media, email, and external and internal communication strategies and content Assist with content calendar creation for each channel and brand Coordinate website design and updates – including but not limited to edits, updates, changes, homepage updates, picture sizing, vendor communication, etc. Report and support SEO work including Google AdWords and social media ad management Coordinate pre‑arrival digital communication for guests Keep a digital marketing calendar to track and manage all changes Guest assistance with shops and online reservations or any marketing‑related questions. Partnerships Supports partnership relationships Reports customer engagement for collaboration campaigns Records engagement and history with partnership campaigns Visual Assets Assist with photoshoots Photo asset management as needed Photo and Video requests as needed for both internal and external images Administrative Responsibilities Maintain budget support and tracking Weekly website analytics and future reporting through GA4 and Salesforce Attend meetings as needed and report to the Assistant Director Other tasks as assigned Must Comply With All Company Policies And Procedures To perform the essential functions of this position regular and consistent attendance is required. Team Interaction Must be able to work well with other Team Members and Managers and interact with our guests. Education and/or Experience College Degree in Marketing, Communications, or PR preferred 1‑2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience Working knowledge of social media channels and trends Strong organizational and time management skills Language Skills Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to understand departmental policies and procedures and to make independent judgments in absence of supervision Computer Skills Must have a very good understanding of Facebook, Twitter, Craft CMS, as well as Microsoft Office Suite Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom) is a plus Monday.com and Salesforce knowledge or familiarity Must be capable of learning new computer software programs quickly Mathematical Skills Basic math skills Physical Demands Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle or golf cart Work Environment Office environment with flexibility Indoor and outdoor property environments May be required to travel to North Carolina #J-18808-Ljbffr Blackberry Farm
