The position is a hybrid role that allows for work from home and work from the office on a rotational schedule.Salary: $122,117.00/yearHours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pmSummary of Duties:Provides Quality Assurance expertise across the entire software development lifecycle and performs software testing function.Responsible for following procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet organization standards and end-user requirements.Leads software application development and/or enhancement projects, exercising exceptional judgment and creativity in selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions, and escalating only the more unusual and/or unique software program/application development issues when necessary.Coordinates with the QA Director or QA Manager to implement quality assurance and testing strategies for HSTM software development efforts and processes.Enforces adherence to corporate and departmental policies and procedures.Collaborates with team members to implement and sustain sprint level automated regression test script development.Facilitates the implementation and adherence to standardized and custom performance testing methodologies.Leads department level meetings and quality initiatives.Participates in efforts to identify, evaluate, hire, and onboard candidates for open department positions.Evaluates new tools, technologies, and methodologies to promote continuous improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science (any), Life Science (any), Physical Science (any), or a related field of study AND Four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained.
