Position Highlights Full-time school-based position Weekly competitive pay with direct deposit Health, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) with company matching (where applicable) CEU reimbursement and professional development opportunities Dedicated recruiter and clinical support throughout your assignment Opportunity for contract renewal or extension Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations for students with communication disorders Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and Medicaid billing (when applicable) Participate in IEP meetings and eligibility determinations Utilize evidence-based intervention strategies to maximize student outcomes Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology License (or eligibility) North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) certification or eligibility Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Previous pediatric or school-based experience is preferred but not required Why Hickory?
